Who We Are

JetDollars, Inc. provides competitive aircraft financing to the aircraft owner with loan amounts up to $50,000,000. We strive to ensure prompt and professional attention while working to get you the most favorable loan commitment available.

Mark Baumgartner is the Founder and President of JetDollars, Inc. He has been financing aircraft since 1994 and has been responsible for helping clients finance nearly 1,000 aircraft. Prior to starting JetDollars, Inc., Mark was employed by Cessna Finance Corporation and National Commerce Bancorporation. Mark entered his banking career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He received his Bachelors degree in Finance from Ohio University and is a 2,000+ hr. commercial pilot with multi-engine and instrument ratings.

Ed Watson manages the northeastern U.S.for JetDollars and resides in Pennsylvania with his wife, Michele, and three children. Ed holds a BS degree in Aviation Science from Parks College of St. Louis University and is an instrument-rated private pilot with over 4,000 flight hours. He has held positions with Cessna Finance Corporation and Scope Leasing, Inc. and has been financing aircraft since 1985.

Mitch McKinlay is located in Utah and manages the Western United States for JetDollars, Inc. Mitch entered the aircraft financing industry in 1997 with Cessna Finance Corporation and has since helped facilitate over 350 aircraft finance transactions. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Weber State University and has logged over 1,400 hours as an Instrument rated Private Pilot.

Scott Wilkinson manages the Central U.S. for JetDollars.  Scott holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas and a BBA in finance from Abilene Christian University.  Prior to joining JetDollars Scott held positions with Bank of America, Bombardier Capital, Bombardier Structured Finance and Cessna Finance Corporation financing both fractional and whole aircraft transactions. Scott, along with his wife and three children live in Dallas.

Ralph Sanders manages the southeastern U.S. for JetDollars and resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife and four children.  Ralph started in aircraft finance in 1989 with Cessna Finance Corporation where he held the positions of Branch Manager and Sales Director.  Ralph received his degrees in both Economics and Business Management from North Carolina State University and has logged over 1,200 hours as an Instrument rated Commercial pilot.
